Mirrored Reflective…

The mirrored surface of this nearly still creek was absolutely perfect with this early morning light. Conditions were just about ideal for some lovely reflected imagery across the expanse of water.

I’d gone for a walk to explore the nearby parkland whilst the girls were packing up camp and getting ready for the next part of their weekend expedition. We were going to canoe down the river to the Berowra Marina.

Note: These photographs (especially the wider shots) look much better when larger. To see larger versions in an inline overlay slideshow gallery viewer click any of the images.

The light on the trees and mangroves on the opposite shore here at Crosslands park was stunning. It didn’t take long to have a few compositions in the bag. Then I was off back to camp to set off on the next leg of our journey.
