Rolling Hills and Valleys

by on Sep.17, 2019, under Photography

The view across the valley from where we were camped for the night at Albert Tognolini Rest Area is spectacular

The wider view is amazing, with the start of those amazing craggy red cliffs and ghost gums Karijini is famous for

However the tighter view is just as impressive. I’ve dragged out the longer lens on my older backup camera (D750) to shoot some more intimate landscapes across the valley

Sitting in our camp chairs enjoying the view as late afternoon drifts in and the sun gets lower to our left

We get these lovely rolling hills and valleys across the way being lit in light and shadow by the slowly setting sun
